Comfortable Stay

Impressive Pool Area

Family-Friendly Fun

Traveling with my children, I was thrilled with the kid-friendly activities available at the resort. My stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the beautiful beach and the exceptional service from some of the staff members. The location is perfect for exploring San Juan, and the restaurant staff were outstanding in their recommendations. However, I experienced some issues with the dining options and late checkout fees that left me a bit disappointed. Overall, it's a good place for a beach vacation, but don’t expect luxury.

The rooms were clean and featured a comfortable bed, though they felt a bit small for a family of four. The bathroom was modern, and the balcony offered a great view. Unfortunately, I noticed some minor disrepair which is not what I anticipated from a Hilton property.

The service was notable especially from Efrain and his team, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were attentive and friendly, which made a big difference. However, I didn't appreciate the charges for late checkout and the introduction of additional fees for breakfast.
